Refund Policy

Cancellations

For peer-to-peer counseling, we do not accept cancellation and refund, in case if we accept cancellation under special circumstances even then no refund will be made. Instead of cancellation, we will reschedule the peer-to-peer sessions within 90 days of placing the order.

Refund will be initiated subject to terms and conditions as described under this section mentioned below.

  1. Client has canceled or rescheduled the appointment six hours before the scheduled appointment.

  2. Occasionally, appointments may be canceled or postponed by the Counsellor or the Experts.
    Should this occur, we will attempt to contact or inform you and you may re-schedule your
    appointment as per your convenience or initiate the refund.

Rescheduling/ Updating:

  1.  Re-scheduling of all appointments can be done six hours before the actual scheduled appointment. Once the cancellation & refund is generated, rescheduling is not allowed
  2. You can re-schedule your appointment i.e. book your appointment for a different date and time; with the same counselor/expert or a different counselor/expert.
  3. In case of re-scheduling, if there is any difference in the charges for a re-scheduled appointment, we will either collect the differential amount or refund the same, as the case may be.

Refunds

  1. Upon receipt of a valid cancellation, we will initiate a refund of your money in the same manner as the money was received.

  2. Typically, all refunds are processed within 14(fourteen) to 21(twenty-one) working days from the date refund is initiated at our end.

  3. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account/ accountholder’s bank account due to any reasons cited by the Payment Gateway or Cardholder’s issuing bank.

  4. You will be provided with a refund reference number for further communication with your bank.

  5. No refunds/cancellation requests shall be entertained in case of payment against bills / Services received.

  6. Under no circumstances, cash will be refunded against any cancellation.

Changes To This Refund Policy

We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Refund Policy.

You are advised to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Refund Policyare effective   they are posted on this page.
