1.1 Consultations booked through https://vampeaksources.com/ are considered final sales, and thus, cancellation and refund requests for these services cannot be accommodated under any circumstances.
1.2 While we are committed to providing exceptional service, there may be unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the consultation within 90 days of the original booking. We kindly request you to contact us to discuss alternative arrangements. If cancellation is still preferred instead of rescheduling, please note that all appointments are non- refundable.
1.3 Refunds will be issued only in cases where we are unable to provide the requested services either on the agreed date or within 90 days from the scheduled date.
1.4 Rescheduling requests beyond 90 days from the original booking date cannot be accommodated.
2. Limits of Responsibility
2.1 Vampeak Sources disclaims any responsibility for any issues related to the client’s inability to access the booked services.
2.2 We cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control.
2.3 Some services, including Consultations, are conducted online via platforms like Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, FaceTime, and others. We cannot be held responsible for service disruptions caused by clients’ equipment failures.
2.4 We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, inconvenience, delay, or harm to personal property resulting from acts of God, force majeure, epidemics, pandemics, illness, disease, war, civil unrest, strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such events, service cancellations and refunds will not be provided.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty
3.1 By using our services and platform, you release Vampeak Sources from any and all causes of action and claims, including those related to the Therapist services or the platform’s content.
3.2 You understand and agree that the platform is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, non-infringement, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
3.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether expressed or implied.
3.4 In no event shall Vampeak Sources be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
3.5 Our aggregate liability for damages arising from this agreement and platform use will not exceed the total amount paid by you or on your behalf through the platform in the 12-month period prior to the claim date.
